It's key features are small white clusters of flowers, and leaves that have a "hairy" texture, made up of thousands of tiny branching leaf parts. The plant can be used fresh, or dried and made into a tincture, oil, tea, or salve. Yarrow has many medicinal actions, and is analgesic (pain-relieving), anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, and styptic (can help slow bleeding).
